By enrolling your child/ren in our School Holiday Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which align with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations and other relevant legislation.
By submitting your enrolment, you enter into a legal agreement with Playcation NSW. You confirm that all information provided is true and accurate, and you agree to update us immediately with any changes to your child's personal details, medical conditions, allergies, custody arrangements, or emergency contacts.
You confirm that you have legal authority as the parent or guardian to enrol your child/ren and will notify Playcation NSW of any relevant court orders or custody arrangements.
Your child/ren will participate in activities conducted at the venue listed in your enrolment. On certain days, excursions may be part of the program. You agree to any additional costs and give permission for your child/ren to be transported and supervised by qualified staff for the duration of the excursion.
Your child/ren may be photographed or filmed for internal purposes, such as display boards, newsletters, or programming documentation. You may withdraw this consent at any time by providing a written request.
G and PG-rated films or digital content may be used as part of the program.
Children are expected to follow Playcation NSW's behaviour expectations and participate in a respectful, inclusive environment. Ongoing behavioural issues may result in a request for early collection or, in serious cases, cancellation of enrolment.
Staff may liaise with your child's school to ensure consistency of care and support.

Children who are unwell or display symptoms of infectious illness (e.g. fever, vomiting, diarrhoea) must not attend the program. You agree to promptly collect your child/ren if contacted by staff due to illness or injury and not return them until they are well or have a medical clearance.

Only those listed as authorised will be permitted to collect children unless written permission is provided.
You agree to follow our sign-in and sign-out procedures in line with regulatory requirements.
You agree to pay all fees associated with booked sessions, excursions, and any applicable late pickup charges.
Failure to pay fees may result in suspended bookings, cancellation of enrolment, and referral to a debt collection agency. All current fees and policies are outlined in the Parent Handbook and on our website, and may be updated from time to time.
If you are eligible for Child Care Subsidy (CCS), it is your responsibility to ensure your details are accurate and linked to our service through your MyGov account.
Playcation NSW collects and manages your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and our Privacy and Confidentiality Policy.
Your information will only be shared when required by law or when necessary to ensure the safety and care of your child.
You are responsible for remaining informed of current policies and procedures. These can be viewed on-site or provided upon request. Any significant changes will be communicated to families via email, newsletter, or our website.
